2. Data we may process

We may process the information you provide when requesting information or an appointment, such as your name, phone number, email address and the details needed to describe the technical issue or service you require.

3. Purposes and legal basis

We process data to answer enquiries, manage appointment requests, prepare the service and maintain necessary communications. The legal basis is your consent when you make an enquiry and, where applicable, pre-contractual measures or performance of the service relationship.

4. Retention

Data will be kept for as long as necessary to handle the request and, where there is a contractual relationship, for the periods required to comply with legal, tax and liability obligations. Messages that do not lead to a service relationship will be deleted when they are no longer needed.

We do not plan to disclose data to third parties except where required by law or where necessary to provide a requested service with appropriate safeguards. If you contact us through WhatsApp, your communication is also subject to that provider’s terms and privacy policy.

You may request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction or portability where applicable. To exercise these rights, email info@adoptaunpc.es with your request and the information needed to verify your identity. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency if you believe the processing does not comply with applicable law.

7. Security

We apply reasonable measures to protect information against unauthorised access, loss or alteration. Even so, no Internet-connected system can guarantee absolute security.

8. Appointment form

The form in this version of the website does not send or store data on our own server. It prepares a message and opens WhatsApp on your device. Data is only transmitted when you choose to send the message from WhatsApp.
